Examples of Properly filled out registration forms

A couple of differences = appear on this year’s registration. First, the BLM fees were raised from $4 to $5 about a month after la= st year’s event. This is r= eflected on this year’s registration form.&nb= sp; Also, due to the fact that the LPS (the upper end extension trail on= the Porcupine Rim trail) has no trailhead parking, we have hired a shuttle serv= ice to take and drop everyone that is doing the Saturday ride at the LPS trailh= ead. This shuttle will travel back and = forth between the Porcupine Rim Trailhead and the LPS trailhead (its 4 miles one = way between the two). Most newer = riders will want to just do the LPS section of the trail and return to the Porcupi= ne Rim Trailhead parking lot via the 3 mile Porcupine Rim Trail section from t= he Castle Valley Overlook back to the parking lot. In this case, the ride becomes a b= ig circle and you end up where you started at the Porcupine Rim Trailhead. Strong Riders and advanced riders = only, will want to do the LPS and continue on the Porcupine Rim Trail proper all = the way down to the end near the Colorado River. In this case the ride is a point-to-point down hill ride all the way with spectacular views. Everyone = will need to work out car pools in this case so that cars are available at the t= rail end to take people back to the city and back up to get cars at the Porcupine Rim Trailhead. The main thing is that whether you are riding a unicycle or riding a bike or hiking in support of a unicyclist, you will need to pay the shuttle fee for the Saturday ride. Exa= mple 4 below should be helpful.

The Registration form ca= n be a bit difficult to understand so I’ve given some examples below that I = hope will help you in your particular situation.

Example 1.= Single atte= ndee Jane Badall wishes to ride all three days, atte= nd the Saturday night dinner program, and wants a medium t-shirt. Click here to see how she would fill out the registration form.

Example 2.= Single atte= ndee Gregory Chant can only attend Saturday and Sunday, plans to attend the dinn= er but does not want a t-shirt. = Click here to see how he would fill out the registration form

Example 3.= The Maverick family consists of Mrs. Ima Maverick and her 16= year old twins Yura and Heesa.&nbs= p; Both boys plan to ride all three days, attend the Saturday night din= ner, and all three want t-shirts. = Ima doe not plan to follow the boys on their Saturday ride. In this case two regist= ration forms would be filled out one for Yura and one = for Heesa. = Assuming that Yura wants a medium t-shirt, Click here to see how Yurra’s registration form would be filled out. Since Ima is not a rider but wishes to have the dinner and a large t-shirt we will add her costs to Heesa’s registration form and write her name on the back of the form. Click here to see how Hessa’s registration form would be filled out. The amount to rem= itted would be the total of the two forms, $59+$83 or $142.

Example 4. &nb= sp; The Lumber family of 4 has a 13 year old boy named = Prime who is the only unicycle rider in the family. He has an eight year old sister wh= o, with his mom and dad, is coming to cheer him on. Prime plans to ride Friday and Sat= urday but the family must leave Sunday morning.&= nbsp; The dad wants to follow his son around on the Saturday ride so he wi= ll need to ride the shuttle with= his son. All of them want an event t-shirt with sizes small, 2 medium ones, and an x-large. All plan to attend the Saturday eve dinner program. Notice that d= inner is free for Jack’s eight year sister since she is 10 or younger. Also note that because Prime is un= der age 18 his dad, Jack, must sign for him.&n= bsp; = Click here to see how the Lumber family filled = out Prime’s registration form.
